Services Provided

Az Heating & Air provides residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services throughout the state of Arizona, including but not limited to: AC repair, AC installation and replacement, heating and furnace repair, heat pump installation, indoor air quality solutions, and preventative maintenance.

Pricing and Payment

• Flat-Rate Pricing: Az Heating & Air uses a flat-rate pricing system. After diagnosing your HVAC system, our technician will provide a written quote for all required work, including parts and labor.
• No Work Without Approval: We will not begin any repair or installation work without your explicit verbal or written approval of the quoted price.
• Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service.

Arizona Licensing

Az Heating & Air holds all required Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) licenses for HVAC work performed in the state of Arizona. Our technicians carry proper licensing, bonding, and insurance as required by Arizona state law.
